PROCESS DESCRIPTION: The production of Oxygen gas from atmospheric air is based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle by adsorption of oxygen gas using a special grade of imported Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS).
SALIENT FEATURES OF PROPOSED OXYGEN GAS PLANT
- All Pressure vessels are designed as per ASME SEC VIII DIV -1 code and standards.
- The Air Compressor shall be screw type of Atlas Copco /Ingersoll Rand /CPT/ROTECK MAKE.ALL Change over Valves shall be of GSR-GERMANY Make.
- The Zeolite Molecular sieves which plays a key role in the Oxygen Plant is of U.O.P Italy make.
- All components of Control Panel shall be of SIEMENS MAKE.
- The Cycle operation PSA Unit shall be through Siemens PLC .
- The PSA Tower shall designed with proper IMPINGMENT Plates at the Inlet & Outlet of PSA Tower. Lack of same causes heavy powdering/fluidization of ZMS.
